I waited in chairs for 30 minutes. Barber finished his customer & I stood up since I was next. A young guy walks in & is obvious buddies with the barber hi-fiving & such then the guy jumps in the chair in front of me. I said I've been sitting here half an hour and I was next. I told Alex to not cut the sides of my hair and I even showed him a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and that picture had long sides and buddy decides to completely ignore me and cut 3-4 inches off the sides which take way longer to grow (he cut like 6 months of growth maybe more) he also gave me a hairstyle that was nothing like the picture I showed him. We’ve been bringing our son here since he was 13 months old; he’s now 20 months old. He’s been sitting in the chair all by himself since his second visit, and I give all the credit to Alex! Both Alex and Paul have been absolutely amazing with him and so incredibly patient every step of the way. They know exactly how to make him feel comfortable, and it really shows. My husband gets his hair cut here & has been for years. Then we started bringing my son & haven't stopped coming back! Super professional and great conversation! They really care about how you look and make sure you leave the shop feeling confident. Honestly, one of the most consistent barbers around. Every cut is extremely precise and they always take the time to make sure everything is perfect before you leave the chair.
