I brought my son here at around 4 in the morning due to some stomach pain/ mind you my son could not walk in. We spent less time in the waiting room than in the back waiting to be seen by a doctor. I always took my son to this ER and this is the first time I had a bad experience the person behind the front desk had an attitude from the time I checked in. The doctors and nurses always do a excellent job and deliver great service but the front desk would make people not want to come back.
Stanly the nurse is pretty awesome. Great experience considering the location ☺️ there was another lady nurse ysennia or something she was awesome too
The wait is long but the care is usually good -better than other ERs I've been to with my child- except for last time. The doctor didn't contact our specialist, didn't ask for our doctor's phone number. The attending doctor just said she couldn't get a hold of my child's specialist, didn't do the necessary blood tests to check if everything the medicine levels i her blood were OK, nor did they give us a wheelchair when we left. My daughter had to walk, still shuffling and a bit dizzy, out of the ER. Horrible!
