Deceiving billing and facility. Made an appointment with Dr. to have my daughter evaluated was told they have a rehab facility for physical therapy. I set appointments, only to end up with a $3k bill for hospital services this IS NOT a rehab facility though they refer to themselves as one. My insurance covers 100% of outpatient physical therapy at any rehab facility they however bill everything as outpatient hospital services which my instance will not cover. The absolute worst.
I can’t speak highly enough of not only Dr. Ostrower but also the nurse practitioner at the Wellington location, Yelena Bondar and the audiologist, Ania. Aside from both being fantastic with kids, they are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We see both of them every 3 months and couldn’t be happier. We’re so lucky to have such a great otolaryngology team
Don't let appearances fool you, these fancy buildings are just filled with staff who forget to treat you like a patient and instead treat you like a problem. My name was mispronounced at least 5 times (nobody asked what my name was or how I was doing) and the staff would simply walk into room, deliver Earth-shattering news in rapid fire succession and leave.
