Deceiving billing and facility. Made an appointment with Dr. to have my daughter evaluated was told they have a rehab facility for physical therapy. I set appointments, only to end up with a $3k bill for hospital services this IS NOT a rehab facility though they refer to themselves as one. My insurance covers 100% of outpatient physical therapy at any rehab facility they however bill everything as outpatient hospital services which my instance will not cover.
