It is difficult to reach someone at this office. I requested to reschedule my daughter's appointment. I called several times, a month in advance. No options given. It is not possible to have it rescheduled because there are no cancellations. Finally, the day of the appointment I woke up at 0530 and traveled for more than 1 hour.
