I brought my car here in early June. It was an overall good experience. Joe saved my new vehicle from being totaled by progressive. It was nice to have a free rental. It had a few issues especially since I had it for so long struggling with insurance. But it was a good experience and I’m very happy to keep my car and have it in pristine condition now.
Joe and Philip were the absolute best. So easy to work with, handled everything with insurance and repaired my baby that had 15k of damage to perfection!!!
Super pleased with the work they did on both of our vehicles, the loaner car was amazing. Did not want to give it back lol. It got great gas mileage. Felt spoiled having a sunroof. They picked up both vehicles at the house one at a time, when one was done they came for the other. (Eau Claire, WI)
Absolutely wonderful service! My estimate from a different repair shop would have had insurance declaring my vehicle totaled! Joe negotiated with insurance, fixed the vehicle well for a much lower cost, and prevented the vehicle from being totaled. Communication was professional, thorough, and super friendly! Would totally recommend this service!!!
