Worst plumbing company ever!! Technician Andy is a complete waste!! They come in and charge excessive amounts and don't even fix the problem. So they have to keep having them come back. The owner, Bill tells his techs to go into the home and magnify the situation so a person has to pay much more than necessary. If you want to be scammed call them!! I've learned my lesson the hard way.
Prices disclosed before start of job and I wrote down, did not match the invoice pricing when I called for explanation. Anything after 3pm is considered overtime, you pay for the plumbers drive time, mine lived in Waukesha even though the office in the falls is 6 mins from my property. The hourly rate for a plumber on OT here equates to a 1.3M dollar salary.
