The landlord Lisa Robbins hired this company and is trying to get the plumber to say that damage is occurring from the upstairs tenant's bathroom that is not there.She is saying there is a leak the plumber does not currently see. They did not communicate anything from the beginning including pricing which is what I’m most frustrated about. $58 to come out when their facility is 3 miles from my house. They charged me $130 for 15 min worth of work. They claimed they do a minimum of 30 min. What I needed done was replacing the faucet airator and the service guy had a special tool and took it off and said I’ll go to my car and get you a replacement part. Came back saying he didn’t have it and I’d have to go to ace hardware to get it myself to finish it. ... read more
Todd was extremely friendly, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. Had a gas line installed so that I could get a gas stove. Very professional. Pricing was within range of typical.
