Speaking on poor review from gr8bkset review: 1) This person lives in a condo association, not an apartment. 2) This owner had a drain problem 1.5 weeks prior to neighbor’s issue and refused to call plumber as owner wanted association to pay, thus exacerbating problem and causing problem for neighbor. 3) This bad review is a false claim against Joe DeBelak plumbing. 4) Sadly, this owner is refusing to pay his bill and the bill rightfully belongs to him, per our condo docs and bylaws. I own a unit in an apartment building. DeBelak's plumber came out to fix my neighbor's unit clog. His snake came into my sink PVC plumbing and broke a hole. I called, and he sent a plumber out the next day to replace the broken pipe. Three days later they sent me a bill for $290. I called them up and Bill told me: "that's just how it is. You just have to pay.".
