Prices disclosed before start of job and I wrote down, did not match the invoice pricing when I called for explanation. Anything after 3pm is considered overtime, you pay for the plumbers drive time, mine lived in Waukesha even though the office in the falls is 6 mins from my property. The hourly rate for a plumber on OT here equates to a 1.3M dollar salary. I recently had plumbing work done and their plumber Todd was great. He is knowledgable, efficient, and highly-skilled. Moreover, he’s honest and personable. I’d highly recommend using them because of him.
Very responsive customer service BUT expect it to be VERY EXPENSIVE!
