This is one of the best clinics around. The wait time has improved greatly! The staff are the sweetest from front to back and the physicians really care. Seeing a smiling face when you walk in really helps you feel better and the same can be said when checking out. They really work with you on payment plans too when needed. We are so blessed to have an urgent care center right here in Madison that you don't have to wait hours at and has a truly friendly staff that cares.
