As said in another review, STEER CLEAR of the inspector that Joe recommends. If you're like us, you'll uncover thousands of dollars of repairs when you have a competent inspection or go to sell your home. I would be very hesitant to do business with a realtor who recommends an inspector who has many examples of missing major damages. Joe himself seemed like a very nice guy, but was often very slow to respond and showed us multiple houses with things that were on our non-negotiable list.
Our family highly recommends Joe, as he knows the market, is very responsive to questions and concerns, and went above and beyond to help us sell the home. The home sold very quickly and the sale price was ABOVE the asking price! Fantastic experience. We would definitely work with Joe again.
Joe was an amazing realtor to work with for our first home purchase. My husband and I waffled about the type of house and location, but Joe was extremely patient and enthusiastic about showing us houses all over metro Detroit.
