Joe really delivered for us in every way as buyers. Over a period of 3 years we put in offers on 3 houses with Joe. In every case he guided us through what we would need to do to get the offers accepted (we had to pull out of the first two for various reasons but our offers were accepted at all 3.) In my opinion Joe is the epitome of what a realtor should be. He was always on time, he was always available by phone to answer questions or set up a visit and I felt he always had our best interest in mind. I believe he found the best house available within the short time we had to avoid moving twice. Also, Joe is a very pleasant person to deal with.
