Service AFTER the sale. I bought a truck bed flip cover here 1.5 years ago. I've been very happy with it. Last week, the top came out of the track, and the it bent both tracks downward (totally MY fault). I stopped by and asked them to look at it. They grabbed some tools, straightened out the tracks and got everything aligned in the front parking lot, no charge! That is SERVICE, well after purchase. Thank you Joe Cruisers!
I went to the Leonard outfitters on Asheville Hwy in Spartanburg. I picked up a cover for my Nissan truck (a tri-fold undercover) and paid over $1200.00 for it. It was an easy install and I was excited about my new cover and it looked great after I got it put on. But then it rained. My tools all got wet (including a very expensive fluke meter) because the factory seals on the panels were not installed correctly (or at all) from undercover. Top notch!!! These guys did an amazing job with my spray in bedliner and new tool box. I do not expect such perfect results on the over the rail spray liner but I don’t think you could have gotten more perfect. If you want perfect professional results choose Joe Cruisers-Leonard Truck Outfitters. The cost was also very very reasonable.
