Car came back from service with dirty fingerprints on the headliner, sun visor and door post. Car was in for the sunroof seal to be replaced under warranty. This is the second time that we've gotten a car back from service with something wrong with it. Last time it had three interior panels still removed laying in the back. Unacceptable for such an expensive car.
ZERO STARS... If your looking for friendly people, this is the spot. But, if your looking for honest, reliable car service, go elsewhere. I took my Lincoln in under warranty for a key fob warning light. They said they couldn't replicate the problem and sold me a battery. Still having issues, several months later the tpms warning light comes on. No longer under warranty, they offered to charge me to diagnose the issue. I leave and take it to a more honest shop where I'm informed this is a known issue with the tpms receiver. I... read more
