We were towed into Joe Cooper Pro Elite service center with our Ford F250. We were on our way across Rt 66 from St Louis to Santa Monica when our truck broke down.We were greeted by David Cahill who kept us informed along the way. The mechanics and everyone in the shop were great. Provided us a loaner car to get lunch. Can't say enough good things about our experience. We were back on the road in a few hours.
Had a fuel pump go bad the day we were supposed to leave on vacation. They got us right in and repaired in time to save half of our trip. Been using them for repairs and maintenance for years now and always been happy with their work.
Courteous, nice communication. A bit high on labor, But I'm an old guy not used to paying to have my car worked on.
