We shopped for a truck here and we're given a price in writing. We left and came back a few hours later and told them we would like to buy it for the price promised on paper. After going through all of the financing, they told us they had given us the wrong price. Ok they can put you in a car for 99.we had bad credit. But don't think you well get into anything you want.we only had 2 cars and they were Vans.The one we choose was a 2004.We notice it pulled hard to the left and feel it shake.also we could see a oil leak with a holes.they said they would fix it.we had to call for a appointment with mechanic. I have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from Joe Cooper Ford in Tulsa. My only complaint is the time that it takes to get things accomplished. My last purchase was a 2014 Focus ( my 4th one). To get the payment closer to what we wanted the finance person called Ford and got us a 1.9% rate despite our having to go through bankruptcy a few years ago after I lost my job. Since this was our 4th vehicle to have bought from Joe Cooper the finance person really did a great job getting us a fantastic rate!

The worst dealership we've ever used. I wish we had read the reviews first. We have been lied to, hung up on, and ignored. We have bought many cars over the years and this was the worst experience ever. John C. turned his back on us after he got the sale, Justin told us he was a sales manager and this was not true as we found out, Terrence was rude and hung up on me. Absolutely a nightmare. I agree. Stay away from Joe Cooper. They completed screwed up my finance work and NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK. Please take your business somewhere else, seriously.

NEVER GO HERE FOR MAITENANCE OR SERVICE! We took our new truck here for an oil change. When we came to pick it up there were scratches on the door. We confronted the person and told them those were not there when we dropped off our vehicle. We even had the paper that they marked any scratches or dents when we brought it in, nothing was marked, since there werent any. My husband was furious and the person would do nothing.
