Harmony McCray, Excellent scheduling and excellent service. The waiting area and other facilities were very comfortable, clean and efficient. The service advisor Was friendly and knowledgeable.
If I could give no stars I would. Textbook dealer BS you hear about. I inquired through CarGurus and texted back and forth with a gentleman for an hour or so, booked my flight and went to bed. Texted and confirmed we were all set and boarded my plane. Fast forward through the 40 minute uber ride to the dealer where I find out ‘the truck must have just sold yesterday.’ Turns out who I’ve been texting is their ai response bot, who represents himself more as a salesperson and definitely never mentions he’s an ai assistant.
