Over all good experience and we love our 20225 Jeep
Had an appointment scheduled. Got to test drive right away and purchase started quickly. Very responsive and helpful staff. Fair on trade in and purchase prices. Would recommend to anybody if you're looking for a new Jeep, Dodge, or Ram.
Typical car buying experience that results in an auto purchase. I say that but the last time I bought a car from Joe Cooper it was a week or so long ordeal and this one was only a few hours. Bought this Truck in December it's April 2nd still haven't received a title for the vehicle. 😂 I've called a few times always something but they say they'll reimburse me any late penalties so I'll revisit this review if they do.

This place is unbelievable. Three weeks ago our radiator failed. Three weeks ago we brought it in to Joe Cooper to be fixed. Every five days or so we got a "someone will call you tomorrow with an update" - which never happened, we always had to call them. Now - three freaking weeks in - we are told that tomorrow they'll get it diagnosed to see what's wrong with it. Are you kidding me? You've had it for three weeks without even popping the hood?!
