Friendly and got done what needed to be done the day of service.
1st Oil Change on my first ever purchased RAM. What an awesome experience! Service person was super nice, explained the process and then walked me to their lounge where they had drinks and snacks. Very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. On top of that my salesman from a few months back came out and talked to me to ask me how things are going. COOPER in Shawnee doing it right! Was worth the drive from Moore, Oklahoma! Thank you!
