Terrible people I canceled my order and they did not give me my 5000.00 dollar deposit back I definitely will not deal with these people i have called numerous times they let it ring off the hook so I guess I'm going to have contact my lawyer

Purchased a tire rotation and oil plan, and they say the tires were rotated when they were not. They also stole my 6k down payment They Lie Go elsewhere

Please believe the reviews here about their sales tactics. I wasted two hours driving to buy a car only to get the old “oh we can’t do that” after seeing my immaculate car. I offered to sell my car before picking up the new one so it wouldn’t complicate the offer on their new car. I was told it would be easy to get what I wanted to sell my car for. When I finish the new car deal and ask what the used car salesman is giving me it’s 2k less. They made an easy sell no sell because of their salesmanship.

From the beginning to the end this company didn’t nothing but LIE. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They will tell you anything to get you down to the store. Purchased a vehicle and the next day the light came on saying the tires were losing pressure. Three weeks later the light came on saying the brakes needs to be changed. I call the service department and they told me $500+ dollars to put new brake pads on. Stopped by to charge up on my first road trip in my Lyriq. I was greeted by a wave from two team members driving by in a golf cart. As I pulled up to the station, Julian walked right out to help me. That's the type of service I have come to expect as a 20+ year Cadillac loyalist. Great dealership!
