Couldn’t get our AC fixed. Never filled out a report to submit to our home warranty. I get it, it’s the middle of the summer and he is busy… it’s the middle of the summer and our AC is out. Waited 3 weeks, multiple calls, texts… never sent the report in. Having to start the warranty process all over again. Unprofessional, unreliable.
Very professional, prompt, and reasonably priced!
This a happens a while back. Was recommended by a friend. However, they did not fix the leak in my AC just tape it up. Next day it’s still leaking.. Wasted my money.

Booked an after 4pm appointment for an estimate never showed. Called him an hour later he claimed he would be heading my way. Three hours later still no show. Total waste of time.
