As a licensed contractor i know how difficult it can be to find a company that goes above and beyond. I had Joe Cool look at a mini split that stopped working after a few months. They were able to pin point the leak the same day. We were able to get the unit replaced under warranty due to a manufacturing defect. Thanks again for your help
