Major shout-out to JOE COOL AIR CONDITIONING, who came to our A/C rescue on a Saturday evening when our capacitor went capoot. One of the "big boy" A/C companies answered my distress call via a chat-bot who kept asking for our name, address and whether we had a home warranty. They also said they do not have emergency hours, but "would send this to dispatch Monday morning" for prioritization. As a licensed contractor i know how difficult it can be to find a company that goes above and beyond. I had Joe Cool look at a mini split that stopped working after a few months. They were able to pin point the leak the same day. We were able to get the unit replaced under warranty due to a manufacturing defect. Thanks again for your help
