GEICO IS A HORRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY. BE VERY CARFUL, THEY HAVE DECEPTIVE POLICIES THAT WILL SCREW YOU THEN THEY DONT ANSWER YOUR CALLS OR EMAILS. FIND ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY!!!
I called trying to get a quote on my car 05/20/27 Lizzy picked the call and told me if I don’t tell her what I do for a living she would not get me a quote so if that is the policy ok if other wise let me know
This is one of the disappointing companies I have ever dealt with. My insurance premium was increased without any clear or reasonable explanation. I even enrolled in their driving tracking program and maintained a good score, yet it didn’t result in any discount or benefit. I truly disappointed. As a long-time customer who has renewed multiple times, I expected some level of appreciation or consideration, but my loyalty clearly made no difference.

I am an ideal customer for agents, I don't have a lot of changes, I don't complain about the price, and to be honest my agent never hears from me unless there is an ISSUE! In the 12 months I was with TrueCut there were multiple major issues. I began my policy here 2/2025 with TrueCut, insured with National General.
