J.C. Plumbing provided excellent service both before and after and after the job. A.J. did a great job with the installation, and he was both punctual and professional—he even provided my wife and I with a much needed laugh.
Called them for an estimate to swap out an existing toilet for a smart toilet and to swap out 3 toilet seats for non electric bidet seats. I supplied ALL the parts and equipment. The quote for approx 3 hours of work was $2800, that’s almost $1,000 an hour in labor ONLY!!!! The technician called his supervisor to see what they could do about the rate and they didn’t budge. The breakdown was $349 PER toilet seat cover swap out (again all parts were already provided) and $1800 to change out the toilet. I called another company ... read more

I'm so relieved it wasn't my shower pan like I was previously told he saved me a lot of time, stress, and money.
