Joe Cole Plumbing saved the day. Our water heater broke. We called a few plumbers and they could not come out for a few days or more. Joe Cole Plumbing came out the same day and we had a new water heater installed within 3 hours. They were very professional and left the area clean. Their pricing was comparable to the other plumbers I called.

Holton was our service professional, and I would rate him a perfect five out of five. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and very calm. He walked us through every step to identify and fix the issue with our gas water heater, demonstrating extensive experience with gas appliances. It was clear he had a strong background in gas work, which put us at ease.
