Koi is better.
Walked here almost every morning with my pup for an Americano and a blueberry muffin (the best muffin in town I'd argue as would the lovely gentleman that walked by to pet my dog on the patio). A few stools inside, but really best for takeout or sitting outside (tons of outdoor seating). Lots of pastry options and everyone working there was super nice and loved dogs. Don't really have much else to share. Go.
Latte tasted like tar for $6! At least I got a nice seat out of it. Their outdoor patio is amazing for people watching and reading.
