Joe is one amazing realtor everytime their was concerns or questions, he was right there to answer them. He was always in lockstep with me and my family. He got us the deal for the house we bought when there were already several offers, and then when the deal looked like it was gonna fall through, he went to war for us and sealed the deal. The entire time through ups and downs, he has remained positive and ready to go. If I go to buy again, it will be through joe. This is the realtor you want.

I was VERY nervous as a first time home buyer and was referred to Joe in a mom group I am in. Let me just start by saying that not only was he an aggressive negotiator, getting me a deal that no one else could have achieved, but he was really great (and patient) with calming my nerves during the entire process.
