This fella makes up lies on other listings. Trust me. I own a house that is in the quietest spots in Belleville and he has listed STREET noise. Comical actually. As far a integrity goes. He needs to remove those service badges. Disgraceful.

ZERO SHOWINGS THE ENTIRE LISTING!! I'm extremely disappointed in the level of service from this Coldwell Banker agent. This is the second agent I have hired from your firm. The first one was Sally Hohn and then two years later (current) I hired the services of Joe Carroll to sell my house located in Swansea, IL 62226. Its been almost 90 days since listing in March 2018, and I still don't have a CMA. In fact, this agent failed to do the proper pricing analysis to get the house priced competitively.
