Jason went through the trouble of dealing with my warranty for a week going back and forth with the guys. I’ve never had anything I’ve had to take back to him after he’s fixed it. I lost reverse in my 2002 4x4 Silverado. Ask a friend where the best transmission shop was and they recommended Joe Caretti just outside Cullman city limits. I called them at 11:30, dropped the truck off at 1:00 and got a call at 3:30 telling me my truck was ready. That is fast service! Granted, I didn't have to wait for them to finish another job (I don't think I did anyway, I wasn't there) and they keep rebuilt transmissions on the shelf waiting for customers like me. Joe and Jason are great honest people! My 2013 Ram 1500 transmission broke down on me at 9 am and they had me back on the road at 3pm exactly when he said it would be ready! He even took me to the golf course so I didn't miss my game! A++++++++++
