I purchased 2 large skylights from them, had a roofer install the skylights. The owner, Lewis, met with the roofers to insure the installation procedures were properly communicated. He didn't have to do that and I was pleased with his customer service. Recently, after a heavy rain, it appears that there were small leaks which produced small stains on my family room ceiling.
