Five stars for this company that I’ve been doing business with for many years! Appreciated the call from Jonathan, reminding me that my units needed to be serviced. I had a tight schedule that day, but he was able to schedule Preston to come to my house within a couple hours. Preston did a great, professional job servicing my units and offering advice on equipment functionality. Preston is a great representative for Joe Burns Heating & Air!! I highly recommend this company.
They are always super helpful! Preston is knowledgeable, kind and takes time to explain things to clients. He always tries to get to the root of the issue, so we can actually have the problem fully resolved (which is rare!). Highly recommend.
I had the sweetest young man named brooks come to my home today to service my HVAC. He was professional, kind, and knew what he was talking about. He was very courteous of my son who was napping the whole time and didn’t mind my daughter who is 5 following him the whole time to check things out. I’d definitely recommend! He found some thermostat wire builders had left and gave me a discount on my bill as well for that.

They came out the same day I called to request service. They were on time, as promised. The tech was courteous and knowledgeable. Preston diagnosed my hvac today, to identify the best approach to fix the issues I was having. He explained, thoroughly, what he was about to do and the reason for each step. I was promised I'd get an estimate the next day, as it was too late in the day to contact the parts supplier for parts info and prices.
