Extremely professional! Being from out of state and dealing with a relatives estate in South Carolina, Joe was a great help. From removal of the personal property and its auction, and handling the real estate auction he resolved a very difficult situation. His professionalism and knowledge is over the top! He deserves a ten star rating.
Mr. Burns was very prompt and attentive to the numerous situations that came up during this transaction. His professionalism and dedication to completing the transaction was far above what most real estate agencies have to offer. I highly recommend him and his company for any real estate projects.

Big thanks to Lewis and the dispatcher for taking care of us with such short notice!
Joe was a big help in purchasing our home. He looked out for us and helped us through the entire process. This was my first time purchasing a new construction home and Joe made the process easier. I would go back to Joe if I we were to go through the home buying process again. Joe is very professional and courteous. We have a few hurdles through our process and Joe was there to help. He would answer our questions or get the answers if he did not know the answer. I am glad that I picked Joe to get us through the home buying p... read more
