I was very disappointed with my service experience at Joe Bullard Chevrolet. I brought my GMC Yukon in for a repair that was covered under my service warranty. I expected to pay only my $100 deductible. Instead, I was presented with a bill of more than $1,200. One of my biggest concerns was the labor charge. My warranty stated that the covered repair should require three hours of labor, yet I was charged for four hours because the dealership said it would take longer. Good service David and Jeffrey listened in detail what my issues where performed a diagnostic evaluation and found the problem. I appreciate this establishment and actually have been a customer for over 20 years
The window regulator on my 2018 truck broke while on vacation leaving me with an open window for a 7 hour drive. I showed up at 2:30 on a Friday with no appointment and they worked me right in. Truck was fixed in an hour and a half. I'm very grateful to service advisor Tyler for helping me out of a tight situation.
