I had an issue with my car and was told that it would take three weeks to have it looked at. Then I was transferred to Dean. He fit me in the next day. He was very professional and kind. I will be returning for all of my service needs.
Dropped my truck off for a service for an appt that I waited a month for. After having the truck all day, they said it’d be done 9:30-10am the next day. After not hearing anything by lunch, I went up there to get an update. Needless to say I picked up the truck after sitting there a day and half without being touched.
My 2024 Equinox lost power while driving down Moffatt Rd last Saturday. I was able to pull off the road into a parking lot and called AAA. The tow driver they sent said he would take us to the service department of Joe Bullard instead of where AAA wanted to send us. When we arrived there we were met by Amy Young who listened to what had transpired.
