My car was making noise, so I dropped it off at the dealership for a diagnostic. Called the manager after receiving a quote to replace the drive shaft, fuel tank with shield, and retainers for $3884.63 before tax. I was told by the manager"fuel tank and shield are bent, there are substantial damages on the drive shaft. They need to be replaced but not covered by the warranty. So I took my cadillac xt5 here for service. Excellent employees and good garage technicians. They had a nice waiting lobby and the car was delivered back to me ahead of time. Excellent customer experience !! I highly recommend because this dealership focuses on customer service.
The service team was very professional and cared for my needs. Repairs were performed in a timely manner with a scheduled appointment. They washed my car and performed a safety inspection at no cost to me!
