I have been living in his building 456 Eastern Ave in Fall River MA and he takes forever to fix problems in this building. He made us deal with a whole winter season to replace apartment windows that kept falling out of frame until he and his wife cane back from Portugal and he could have had his daughter come and have the windows fixed, the walls are paper thin and not insulated, for three winter seasons my girlfriend and I have been living in low temperatures freezing and we are currently freezing in our apartment, it is 1... read more
Joe was great! Promptly responded, honest and very personable. I definitely recommend him.
Nice to do business with
I showed up for a scheduledopen house and Joe did not show up nor did he notified me that he was not coming. I waited for over 30 minutes in the case that he was delayed due to traffic but my efforts were in vain. I feel as a professional you should be punctual or at least have the courtesy to let people know that you're not coming.
