I have been going to Joe Blacks for a while, always really liked Ryan and felt they were very trustworthy. I recently got a 2023 car - I took it to the dealer for the first few oil changes but knew I would end up at Joe Blacks eventually. I needed an oil change, so I went back --- Joe's charged me over $100.00 for a synthetic oil change! Took my car for an oil change & they diagnosed several other problems. Showed a couple of knowledgeable people the invoice afterwards, a little concerned because I spent a lot more money than I planned - they all completely freaked out (in a good way) and said they could have easily charged 2-3x that price and still have been competitive. Will definitely be returning in the future.
