They are an incredible company. Daryn did a great job as always. I had to call the fire department due to smoke in the house and they found it to be coming from the furnace. I called Joe Behr and they immediately sent out Daryn and he was able to fix the blower that started to burn.
Asked for a quote. Guy showed up and barely said two words. Told me i couldn't convert to gas. I am now converted to gas by another contractor. Never received a quote. Terrible!!!
Showed up fast, performed excellent work, & bill was less than expected.
Called for after hours issue. Technician (Matt) was onsite, fixed the issue and out within an hour. Professional, knowledgeable and great customer service. Even gave me some suggestions on preventative maintenance. Highly recommend.
