Showed up fast, performed excellent work, & bill was less than expected.
Called for after hours issue. Technician (Matt) was onsite, fixed the issue and out within an hour. Professional, knowledgeable and great customer service. Even gave me some suggestions on preventative maintenance. Highly recommend.
Had one of my rentals call with no heat and it was 20 degrees outside on a Saturday before the OSU and Michigan game. I called Joe Behr and they sent a guy right out. He checked it all out and sent me in the right direction. I can't say enough about this company.
