I paid for a brand new furnace. Joe Behr workers took the bricks my old furnace was on and tossed them in a corner of my basement behind some plumbing and left them. They attached my sump pump cover several inches short. My AC didn’t work and after a worker opened my furnace a wire was hanging. Poorly installed. The workers threw the bricks my old furnace was sitting on in a corner of my basement. They didn’t cover my sump pump pit properly before plumbing the furnace leaving several inches. They didn’t wire my furnace properly and when the guy opened up the panel there was a wire just hanging. I wasn’t even important enough to respond to right away after I emailed them. They are an incredible company. Daryn did a great job as always. I had to call the fire department due to smoke in the house and they found it to be coming from the furnace. I called Joe Behr and they immediately sent out Daryn and he was able to fix the blower that started to burn.
Asked for a quote. Guy showed up and barely said two words. Told me i couldn't convert to gas. I am now converted to gas by another contractor. Never received a quote. Terrible!!!
