Sales guy name Ken very rude person
Great car buying experience. Zero pressure no up sell
We were told a car would be $13k. We signed all of the paperwork including a down payment and registration. We were then told it would actually be $18k right before we were handed the keys. Embarassing.
Long time customer no more. Obviously never researched me as a customer of the Basil family. Pulled a bait and switch for a work truck and basically told me didn’t care it will sell over 2k. Only made offer based on mileage being double that on the bait and switch and rust on rear fenders.
Took 15k for a car on Saturday. Scheduled pickup for Tuesday. Got a call Monday that we couldn’t get it for an engine problem (covered on their lifetime engine program), told to come get our check on Monday. They accidentally sent it in to the bank. Had to get a rental for the week because w planned on having the car we needed. Told we could get it in Tuesday. They cut a check Tuesday that we got after our bank closed.
