Bill was amazing to work with! I recently received a letter about upgrading my car from a different company. I didn’t realize until already in Basil. Bill talked me through my options and took me through the lot. He helped me select one and we took it for a test drive. He helped me stay in budget and wasn’t pushy. I am so happy with my new car and experience with Bill. I highly recommend seeing him for all your car purchases.
Dan was great and everyone was friendly even on one of their busiest days of the year for dealerships.
All I can say is that it was outstanding God truly blessed me by choosing Joe Basil for my used but new to me Chevrolet Colorado it had everything I wanted and more Bill Kreher provided outstanding customer service and was patient and explained all the information clearly and the finance department was amazing considering I had some issues all and all I recommend anyone living in the Buffalo NY area looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to check out Joe Basil Chevrolet you won't be disappointed.

Have cars listed they don't even have in stock , reached out about a car was told they sold yet over a week later same car still posted on numerous sites in inventory not accurate or they leave up so you call and try and steer you into something else not close to what you were looking for and response back not sure even dealing with sales so they don't seem interested in selling
