I had to write this after seeing a 1-star review for this company. Joe and his crew build a 2-story detached garage for me when I moved to Pace. I've had dozens of people ask about my garage over the years that I've been here. Joe and his crew were great, and I'd recommend them to family and friends. I was comfortable enough to leave the house unlocked when I wasn't there so that they could use the bathroom if needed. Poor experience buying my first home. RUDE and unprofessional is an understatement for this family owned company. Be aware what you're getting yourself into. They don't follow up. They don't own responsibility for poor craftsmanship and they don't know how to talk to people.
