Very dismissive and rude landlord. Just another in this state who takes advantage of poor people and women and is incredibly invasive, without a care in the world or respect for his tenants. Hopefully eventually someone sues him. The amount of times the maintenance man Ted came to do repairs on my apartment over the course of 3 years was extraordinarily invasive. There should be no reason to disturb tenants monthly with repairs to the building, but Ted would show up to my apartment for any number of miscellaneous repairs at ... read more
