Open and honest . Informative and a good person to deal with .
I talked to them about this vehicle on the phone, said I was 1 hr + away , asked if it was available, they said yes , I headed straight there my wife , using my phone, the same text number was in contact with them all the way there , we talked to them within 5 mins . Of pulling in the dealership , when I got out of the car and asked them about the vehicle they said it was sold yet there it sits behind several other cars , when questioned he said he just sold it .
