Joe Alex honestly hands down deserves more than a 5 star rating!!!! He has assisted me in getting into a new build, my I say I’m very picky and we saw many homes until he found the perfect one 💗 Now he’s assisting my father in selling one of his homes. With that said it it was on the market for less than 36 hours with multiple offers. Now we are looking into getting property. He is definitely our #1 realtor.

So thankful we had such a great and easy experience. Joe helped us find our first home within a week! He walked us through the entire process from showing us homes, getting us approved for lending, all the way to closing. What we thought was going to be a stressful process went smoothly thanks to his knowledge and experience. When we did have questions he was always available and explained everything to us clearly. I referred my sister and he was able to assist her and her family on their purchase as well.
