In the process of dealing with Joe Adams for almost 1 month now and we have gone back and forth 2-3 times now. They initially started at ~$3k to fix our 2016 Honda Pilot. Lowball of course, just like any insurance agency. No problem. My body shop makes them somewhat honest at that point, and we get to ~$8k after a ton of back and forth.
