Recommend and will use again…Yes I was very pleased with the customer service I received, over the phone from Cali to Texas & last minute, I was panicking , my nephew Isaac M. passed away , and with so much going on, we forgot at last minute flowers to send to the service, by the next day, Jody was understanding, sympathetic, and did everything she could possible to help.( who calls you back on a Sat night?) .the spray of flowers with stand and ribbon came out more then beautifully colorful also matched the spray on his cask... read more
