put a truck in van buren 150 dollars for diagnostics to see why it wouldn't start called me said i was missing a relay and they had it running but it had several codes that needed addressed and it could cost up to 450 dollars to fix them got the truck back today and it cost me 880 dollars it was a bad gas modular i had replaced sounds like i really got ripped off i hope this will this will help someone else if they read this the modular was 170 dollars the diagnostics was 139 dollars. Have had our truck for almost 2 weeks for a key that has broken in the ignition and haven’t even looked at it yet!! Now they’ve locked the spare key in the truck so it could be more time sitting there collecting dust! I have a 98 year old mother in law living with me and if something was to happen to her I have no way to take her to the hospital while he has my vehicle during the overnight hours because he drives it to get to work! As a woman, I have run into several auto places that tend to talk down to me, treat me like I don't know what I'm talking about, or just outright try to scam me into buying extra services that I don't really need. Jody's was absolutely NOT one of these. They have excellent customer service and the guy I talked to on the phone listened to me and was very honest and upfront about what needed to be done.
