Absolutely abysmal. I retained Jody in 2012 for my divorce, he messed up just about everything and gave the worst legal advice possible. My next attorney advised me to report him because his advice so negatively affected my child’s custody and parenting plan going forward. He also advised me to offer to take half the child support amount that was calculated as a way to expedite the divorce proceedings, I was a stay at home mother when the separation began and had no source of income and my ex was making close to $10,000 a mo... read more
Jody was great and very understanding. He really seems to care for his clients well being.
Jody was great to work with during my divorce. I negotiated a nice settled but felt like I was missing something. Jody saw where my mistakes were & helped me corrected them. He helped me so much, calmed my nerves & gave great advice. Plus he was very affordable.
My boyfriend and I met with Mr. Studdard about the pros and cons of getting married. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really helped open our eyes to some things we didn't even think of or realize initially. We're so glad we talked with him so we're able to not only protect ourselves individually and as a couple, but also so we can make the best decision in our situation moving forward. Thank you Jody!
