This office is very organized and the staff is very responsive. They have an online portal that stays current with your records. DR V knows her stuff and is very compassionate.

Very disorganized, and very slow with giving you your lab results. Pretty much an “I’m here to get paid kind of place” because if you want your lab results you must make an appointment. Some doctors just prefer to get paid for every little thing while some will call and give you your results and some will add them to your patient portal. I was surprised that after being a patient for 10 yrs., in the midst of COVID 19 when I Moved out of state and had trouble getting in with another Dr., this staff was unwilling to extend my prescription for 90 days as my other Dr. had done. I saw a dramatic shift in this staffs customer service and over-all attitude in the last few years. They were also difficult when I tried to get my records. This doctor ruins lives! She practice psychology without ever talking to the patient. She did, however, listen to another patient and family member, who has a LOT to lose if exposed!

I had an appointment with Dr. Veli back in 7/2018, maybe 2017, but never the less, my appointment was at 2:00 p.m. At 2:45 p.m., I had not been called back, not to even do vital signs. 45 five minutes waiting and nothing happened, that really was upsetting. I got up and left, never been back and never heard anything from the Dr. or staff.

I am contacting you because when I try calling the telephone number listed in directory assistance, I get an old man on the line who informs me that your phone number is actually his residence, not a medical office. The alternate phone number I got when contacting directory assistance makes a screechy loud fax machine sound. I would highly recommend Dr. Velie. She has taken care of me for several years. She took me as a new patient when several doctors I called would not take any more medicare patients. I always take a list of questions and she always takes time to answer them. Yes, she is very busy during flu season etc, this is to be understood. She always refers me to a specialist if she thinks I might have the need for one. Her office staff is very friendly and helpful. Gwen M. Beck

I had the same experience as the other review recently. I was in the office with her for about 10 minutes and all she could do was apologize for being so busy with no time to talk to ME. This was yesterday, June 13, 2016. Nothing got accomplished, it was a total waste of time!!!!!! Beware if you want to talk to a doctor.
