If you are not using Jody as your realtor…get a life! Jody is the absolute best realtor I’ve ever met. We are a military family and move often. We met with her once and told her what we’re looking for and she helped us buy the perfect home. Because we bought it while living in another state she assisted in finding a painter, having the inside painted, had the carpet cleaned, and when we walked in it was clean and ready for us! Jody worked hard, advertised well, and sold my home quickly. She then followed up for 3 months as my buyers were stuck overseas and unable to get here. Jody stayed with it and completed all the tasks by email and mail after I moved out of state. She is a real professional! And great to work with.
