If you're looking for someone to sell your property, then I suppose Hefner will get you a good deal. If you're buying anything that Hefner is representing, be careful. He's a con man hiding behind what is likely a purchased reputation. Integrity is not his forte.

The inspection went south with extremely high radon values, very bad termite damage, quite a few code violations, and the well pump was rigged to an extension cord long enough to run. The home inspector checked the well refresh rate and the pump died unfortunately after the well had been run dry.
