Only thing she wanted to talk about was glp drugs.. as I had told her I had been on before and didn’t work out for me. I was hoping to gain more understanding of my hyperglasmea that I’ve had all my life , but no one had ever really helps me with managing this or even understanding it. She just said to me, it’s like diabetes ???? And I’ve been told all my life it’s the opposite ???? I’m so confused????So this visit was a waste of my time and really don’t think they should even bill my ins. Extremely disappointed

I saw this provider around a year ago, who bruised off my problem and blamed them on "that's normal for a diabetic". EXCUSE ME??? I have not had an A1C in over 10 years, and have not had one over 6.5 for over 8. the period for which it was elevated was less than 3 months. I am not diabetic. Fast forward to today. My last visit was the worst I have ever seen with any Medical staff. I had an in office visit scheduled and received a call asking me to do a Telehealth visit. I was told that I was the only afternoon appointment she had. I said no,I wanted an in person visit. I was asked if I could come in earlier and I said yes.
