I was dropped 7/1/25 because we had United Healthcare. I was advised when new medical cards arrived 23 days later. He left us uninsured & uniformed for 23 days. It’s Patient Abandonment! We have made new appointments with a new PCP and was informed yesterday that he had taken us back, starting coverage 10/1/25. I didn’t request to leave, now after all this, I Would Never Go Back! I spent a lot of time getting rid of him with United Healthcare yesterday. Is this the doctor you want? NOT ME!

After changing my health insurance primarily to find a good primary care physician I was fortunate to have found a "great doctor and staff"! Dr. Douglas Jodoin and his very knowledgeable and helpful staff are very thorough and I trust them with all of my health needs. Simply the best primary physician I've ever had.

So happy to affiliate with this caring physician and his professional staff. Having worked in major medical centers I tend to me more critical than most and I am extremely pleased.

Office staff and Dr. Jodoin himself are friendly. However, I am very disappointed with the care I have received. For one it is extremely difficult to get ahold of the office, I usually get the operator who takes a message for the office, and I leave voice mails for the office. I have received 1 call back from a voicemail I left to fill a prescription and have not received an update.
