This was my first time visiting this store and all I can say is OMG !!! I'm hooked on the Italian Ice and the Philly cheesesteaks!!! Will be back !
This place is great! Only disappointment is when they run out of flavors, they are all so good!!
I had gotten the philly cheese steak asked fir everything in it n nothing was on it I would have brought it back but I was in line for twenty min n took another fifteen jus to get the food plus I live kinda far away so I didnt have time look what was on it (onions peppers etc) but yea kinda disappointed because I feel it could have been good except the waiting n the fact the order was wrong

Context: It appears that Jeremy was given the wrong package in the middle of a rush...He got someone else's sandwich. An honest mistake made during a vey busy rush. We are making changes to limit these mishaps, however.................................... I just wish people didn't post reviews out of anger. There doesn't seem to be any room for imperfection anymore. Customers go right for the 1 start review if there is a problem.
