There was nobody home when the flowers were being delivered. The delivery person from the local flower store called my daughter to say the flowers were being delivered, but did not want to leave them outside the front door as the flowers were lovely and the cold would ruin them. The delivery person came back later on when my daughter was home and re-delivered the birthday flowers. That is SERVICE!
The arrangement is very pretty. My daughter said it makes her think of spring during these bitterly cold winter days. Thank you!! Bob NY
Great flowers, great service! I have ordered flowers from Jodi's for several years and my mother always loves them!
Unreliable and unresponsive. I received a refund 6 days after the arrangement was to be delivered. Received a call on 11/26 (order and deliver date), but never was told it could not be delivered, rather was trying to "give me a deal", which I didn't end up taking. Unbeknownst to me, a refund was initiated without further explanation. Called and left a message without follow up. Would have been nice to know as I would have ordered from another florist. First and last time usage for me.
