Great flowers, great service! I have ordered flowers from Jodi's for several years and my mother always loves them!
Unreliable and unresponsive. I received a refund 6 days after the arrangement was to be delivered. Received a call on 11/26 (order and deliver date), but never was told it could not be delivered, rather was trying to "give me a deal", which I didn't end up taking. Unbeknownst to me, a refund was initiated without further explanation. Called and left a message without follow up. Would have been nice to know as I would have ordered from another florist. First and last time usage for me.
my boyfriend has ordered from here multiple times, I would say 5-6 times. out of those 1 time it was late and he had to call multiple times to make sure it was coming. the the last time he paid and was ensured it would be there that day by dinner and then was ghosted for 3 days. we then found out the owner closed shop for a few days without mentioning it because of a medical situation. which is understable if you at least get someone to notify your customers, but that didnt happen. this place is extremely unreliable, if you ... read more
Wonderful working with Jodi on flowers for my mom's birthday! We were originally going to pick them up but with all of the deliveries for Mother's Day, Jodi called and offered to deliver instead so we wouldn't have to rush out to the shop before they left for all of the deliveries. Top notch experience - would definitely call again!
Beautiful flowers and delivered on time. Although the bouquet was different than the one pictured online it was equally beautiful. I would say this shop is the best we’ve used in the Elkhorn WI area and we’ve tried a couple others in the past. Jodi’s Country florist will be our go to for sending our mom flowers in the future.
