I used to be with Kaiser up until May of this year. I had gotten used to substandard care. Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Jodi Raffi. She is an amazing doctor. She listened to my concerns, she was empathetic and kind. She smiled a lot and looked me in the eye when she spoke to me. This is what a truly great doctor is about. Thank you for your professionalism and supportive attitude. It is soooo nice to have a good doctor.
