Would NOT recommend. Started off the appointment by asking how many people I had been intimate with before — I have NEVER been asked this question in the 8 years I have seen a gyno. She proceeded to shame me for having multiple partners and made me feel really gross. Said I should only be intimate with people I “love”. Told me that men use women and that she knows firsthand because she has 3 sons of her own… wondering why she chose this profession

After many years of debilitating periods andeand painful pelvic exams, I was really nervous to see an OBGYN again. I explained to her upfront that I had always had difficulty with exams, and she was so compassionate about it. Turns out, I had just had bad doctors before. She was able to do the entire annual exam without any pain because she realized immediately that I was tensing one particular muscle. Horrible, lied on my chart. At visit I asked if I needed an hCG test today and she said no. The next day I go to have an ultrasound and they ask why I didn’t have my hCG test done and said that on my chart I refused it. She just completely lied on my chart when I specifically asked if I needed that test.
