Called to make an appt for my daughter and spoke with secretary who put me on hold. Dr. Deeb then came on the line and said "how old is your daughter", to which I replied 22. She then said "She needs to make her own appt" in a very stern voice. A caring provider would have asked why I might be making this appt instead of my daughter who is anxiety ridden and afraid to speak to people. Hopefully, she will read this and learn from it. Another failed attempt at getting help.
