Maybe she has bitten off more than she can chew in a position like this. After several years of seeing Jodi, I got nowhere with no help whatsoever. Her nonchalant demeanor, constant mispronunciation, and “google search” knowledge of medical conditions is not the kind of level of care I expect to receive in association with UK King’s Daughters. Extremely disappointed in her ability to follow through on scheduling tests and communication. Feel she isn’t capable of doing her job and I deserve better care and treatment!
